We invite you to participate in the Christmas and New Year’s Fair, which will take place from 1st till 30th December in BTC City Ljubljana. At your disposal are charming wooden houses, 2 x 2 m big, equipped with heating and lighting.

The monthly rent of a house amounts to 1.200,00 € + VAT.

The fair will take place on the square between Hall A and the BTC City Marketplace, which is the central spot of BTC City Ljubljana.

All applications should be tendered in writing, including a description of the offer in question (gift programme, chestnuts, pancakes, occasional gifts, decoration, holiday pastries, dried fruit, Slovenian dishes, and other Christmas and New Year’s / gift offer), and sent by 4th November 2013 to the following address:

Selected vendors will be contacted in 10 days’ time past the final submission date.
The application for sales space rental must include:

• a retail license stating that the vendor (company or private entrepreneur) meets all the required criteria;
• description of the offer;
• permit for temporary sale outside the shop (to be acquired by the vendor by the time the sale starts).
