Although it seems as though the holidays have only just begun, the first day of the new school year is fast approaching. For a carefree start, BTC City Ljubljana has organised the so-called Back to School campaign (“Gremo v šolo”). As part of it, a used textbooks sale intended for primary and secondary school students will take place at the Trg mladih square between 6 and 8 September. In addition, vendors in the area offer a wide selection of school supplies and other products throughout the entire year, while kids and teenagers can also engage in numerous after-school activities.

Before the first school bell rings, families go shopping for school supplies. Once again, and as part of its Back to School campaign, BTC City Ljubljana will organise a used textbooks sale for all primary and secondary school students and their parents who want to save some money buying textbooks or make some money to buy new ones. The sale will take place between 6 and 8 September 2018 at the Trg mladih square, every day between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. Visitors will be able to sell or buy used textbooks and take advantage of 30 free vendor booths. In addition, kids and their parents will be able to find all the school supplies they need right there in BTC City Ljubljana, along with clothes, footwear, books, toys and sports gear. This way, the kids will be as ready as they can be for the adventures and challenges awaiting them in the new school year.

BTC City Ljubljana is lively all school year round, since it is the location of many after-school activities. Young people can choose among numerous sports activities, such as swimming lessons in Atlantis Water Park or dance lessons in Plesna zvezda. Afternoons can be dedicated to learning foreign languages in language school Lingula, while the youngest among them can have exciting adventures in Minicity, the largest didactic and experiential centre for kids in Slovenia. There, they will get to know more than 50 different professions and enjoy a variety of thematic events.
