Upon the 30<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the Slovenian Science Foundation, <strong>Jo\u017ee Mermal, Chairman of the Board of Directors at the BTC <\/strong><strong>Company, received a Gold Award<\/strong>, which attests to the long-standing support of the BTC Company to the Foundation and its scientific research and projects.<\/p>\n<p>Among other projects, the BTC Company and the Slovenian Science Foundation have together designed a longstanding project \u201cScience in BTC City\u201d whose purpose is to encourage and raise awareness about the developmental role of science in society. The project included several popular scientific exhibitions, such as Cosmic Photography, Our Genome and Us, The Sanctuary of Palaeolithic Hunters and the exhibition Staring Views into the Mysterious Universe, which was inaugurated by Sunita L.
