The business cooperation of Hypo Alpe Adria (Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank and Hypo Leasing d.o.o.) and BTC d.d. is based on a long-term project financing which has provided for the construction of the Crystal Palace by the aforementioned bank. The financing of one of the biggest and most extensive private investments in Slovenia was carried out in the period of higher investment risk throughout the European area. Mutual trust and cooperation is exactly what made the business between the partners expand to even more areas they both cover. The contract was signed on 14th December, 2012.

Danijel Novak, general manager at Hypo Leasing d.o.o.: »Managing the trade centres owned by Hypo Leasing d.o.o., Qlandia and Qcenter, requires technical knowledge and professional experience of these areas. We firmly believe these to be the qualities of BTC Company and look forward to our business collaboration. With this the successful cooperation between the financial group Hypo Alpe Adria and the BTC Company has been upgraded and we wish it to be in the future as constructive and profitable for both companies as it has been in the past. With this joint path we have strengthen the ties between the two companies with different activities – a wide range of financial services on one side and the managing of trade areas on the other.«
